My name is Roberto Attanasio, I'm a Frontend Web Developer with five years of experience. My core technologies are React, Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
I currently work at Soundreef, where I own the development and maintenance lifecycle of the end-user applications and their shared core modules: turning the design system into a component library, SDK, API client and HTML templating.

Self-directed upskilling
I am going deeper into native CSS animations and scroll-driven animations - view and scroll timelines, animation-range, progressive enhancement through @supports - to hand the compositor the motion usually delegated to JavaScript, while keeping accessible fallbacks where the API is not supported. Alongside that I am extending development to mobile applications with React Native, and building the foundations of UI/UX design, from visual hierarchy and accessibility to design system work.

Full Stack Web Development
During the Full Stack Web Developer course at Boolean Careers, I had the opportunity to work on several projects including recreations of well known web apps such as Whatsapp, Netflix, and Spotify. I also gained teamwork experience with a final project developed as part of a team.

Nuove Tecnologie dell'Arte - Sound Design
A three-year course dedicated to the many languages and forms of sound, where cultural study went hand in hand with practical lab work. I learned recording and mixing techniques for creating sound effects and soundtracks, applying them to sound design for audiovisual, music and performing arts.
